The Wainwright Society Pre AGM walk had officially been cancelled for safety reasons due to the weather difficulties causing some peope invarious parts of the country being unable to make it on the day or to prevent unnecessary risk caused by travelling. However, there was a core number of people already in the area and many had indicated that they would be making the journey. For that reason an unofficial walk still went ahead using the planned route. All memebrs were informed of the situation when we met at Staveley.
