Holme Fell 6.12.13
Earlier this year I thought I had ticked off Holme Fell from Yew Tree Tarn. However, the weather was terrible and I summited Ivy Grag thinking it was Holme Fell. I could not see the higher ground in the driving rain and mist. So today a return using another route and in better conditions.
