This was our first fell of the week. I wanted a small one to warm up on and test out my ankle. It was also to be Bross's first Wainwright and Lyn's first Fell for possibly 3 years since injurying her knees. The Walk starts at the Hamlet of Longlands in the Northern Lakes and is a simple 2.5 mile walk up and down. Wainwright describes the walk as one that if you cannot manage this fell ,give up the idea of fellwalking.
